- Handling complaints, warranty and post-warranty repairs and maintenance services;

- Conducting analyses of the quality of the service provided and the quality of the equipment;
- Handling of our applications;
- Monitoring, including GPS monitoring;
- Insurance claims settlement;
- Legal services, the assertion or securing of claims (litigation and recovery proceedings).
- We process your personal data on the basis of the following provisions:
- Article 6(1)(a) GDPR - Consent;
- Article 6(1)(b) GDPR - Performance of the contract;
- Article 6(1)(c) GDPR - Compliance with a legal obligation to which the Controller is subject;
- Article 6(1)(d) GDPR - Protection of the vital interests of the data subject or another natural person;
- Article 6(1)(f) GDPR - Processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller.
- We will store your personal data:
- Until such time as consent is revoked;
- For as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose or until the process by which the data was collected is completed;
- Until the expiry of the statutory retention and limitation periods prescribed by the provisions of law, in particular the retention of financial and accounting documents;
- For the duration of the contract, until the end of the legal relationship and thereafter for the period necessary to safeguard or assert our claims, if any;
- For the duration of our legal obligation;
- For the time necessary for us to perform our obligations requiring the processing of the data;
- Pending the outcome of any disputes in the context of which the data might be needed.

- The data you provide will not be subject to profiling.
